How we support
Every young person’s starting point is different. NTAD supports young people aged 16–24 to recognise their strengths, explore opportunities and take meaningful steps towards education, employment or training.
Build the skills to take your next step.
From creating a first CV to preparing for an interview, we help young people present their strengths and approach opportunities with confidence. Practical sessions cover job searches, applications, supporting statements, interview preparation and workplace skills.
Whether you are looking for your first job, returning to learning or exploring apprenticeships, we help you understand your options and prepare.
Your goals. Your pace. Support that understands you.
We take time to understand each young person’s interests, circumstances and ambitions. Through mentoring and individual action plans, we help participants build confidence, set achievable goals and work through barriers to progress.
Regular check-ins provide encouragement and a chance to review next steps. Where additional help is needed, we support young people to connect with appropriate services.
Discover what a role involves before choosing your direction.
Our introductory seminars and talks give young people an insight into careers in property sales and lettings, property management and business administration.
Through practical examples and discussion, participants explore day-to-day responsibilities, the skills employers value and possible routes into these roles. Sessions help young people connect their interests and strengths with career options and make informed choices about their future.
