Supporting community-led organisations
We are proud to support the work of Biggz Kitchen CIC and the Windrush Generation Legacy Association, recognising the contribution community organisations make to connection, belonging and opportunity.
Our community impact
Our commitment goes beyond training. We believe practical learning, encouragement and access to opportunities can help people build a more confident future.
Alongside our professional training services, we support community initiatives that bring people together, celebrate identity and help young people recognise their potential.
Our approach is rooted in listening to communities, contributing our experience and supporting activities that respond to local needs.

Through employment preparation, mentoring and career insight sessions, NTAD helps young people recognise their strengths, explore unfamiliar roles and make informed decisions about education, training and work.
Understanding our history and celebrating community contributions can strengthen pride, identity and connection across generations. Our support for the Windrush Generation Legacy Association reflects our commitment to recognising the Windrush generation’s contribution and encouraging younger generations to engage with that legacy.
Progress looks different for everyone.
Our person-centred approach considers individual circumstances and the barriers that can affect participation, helping each young person identify achievable routes into education, training and work.
As NTAD grows, we aim to build community benefit into how we work—through sharing knowledge, supporting local initiatives and developing opportunities with organisations that understand their communities.
We will share examples of our activities and outcomes as they develop, making our contribution visible and accountable.
We welcome conversations with community organisations, education providers, employers and commissioners who share our commitment to helping young people move forward.
